So this is a routine I have come up with after quite a while of deliberating with myself. It's not perfect, and there's a lot I can still add/adjust to it, but it's definitely an improvement. Now I just have to ensure I stick to it. Aiming for at least 5 days per week.
Wake up at 5:30am
(Can't make the bed - my wife & dog are still sleeping)
Hydrate with a glass of water
Immediately head to the gym
Shower
Breakfast
Take care of any obvious household chores
Walk the dog
Review my To-Do List
